Leadership

Hey! How are you all? One of my favorite skill is the leadership and is a role adopted by any human being is defined as behavior of superiority and security against others. This leadership can be assumed by women as men, in the family, school, etc... Although, the task of a leader is not easy for that must have very good communication and good integration to guide and direct, have a great motivation. . Also, those who are under this leadership must have a good charisma, patience, discipline, among others. We have many types of leadership, as for example the democratic leadership where it is participatory, the decision taken at the end of any debate or meeting, or autocratic leadership where the leader imposes his ideas or decisions to the group, in the end... This topic is much seen in companies or organizations where it is important to distinguish the leader and the boss. They are different, one requires and instructs the other instead exercises discipline, respect, commitment.. . Finally, not only is based on previous issues, but also on the subject of sport, where is 100% vital to achieve victory. I hope to see you soon people, take care, bye

The King of the Jungle

Hello everyone!

Today, I'm going to talk about the King of the Jungle, the lion. It is one of the animals more dangerous.

The title of “King of the Jungle” come from own apparience, but also their social behavior and habits of diet and hunting. Why am I interested in?... Because it is characterized by her great mane, by its large size that can weigh 250 - 300 kg.

This is the only feline who lives in herds where it is imposed with absolute power and the females deals with hunting and raising puppies. They participate in the hunt recently at two years old.

 They are eternally carnivores, their diet is meat and especially big animals, for example a Deer, Zebra, etc… Sometimes they hunt hippos or elephants. All the moment to the hunt can reach speeds of up to 56 kilometers per hour (km/h). The Lion usually lives in wooded areas but also lives in savannas and grasslands spaces.

They are usually found in areas of Asia, Africa, India and the Middle East. Finally, this animal attains the maturity at three years and begin to age at ten years.

Chemical dreams

Hi Hasher, how are you?

Today I’m going to tell you a story that happened to a friend’s friend of my neighbor’s brother.
One day he wake up turned into a roach, he look at his hands (now his hands are like insect legs), and he was horrified when he realized that his whole body was completely different from the last day, he couldn’t even got up because her back turned into a shell, black and awful, her several legs (4 legs per side) were upside down (like a turtle with the legs upwards) and he only remembered that he was dreaming about chemistry. His family didn’t realize that he was transformed into a insect until they call him to go to have breakfast, in that moment his mom knock his door, waiting for a proper respond, instead of that she receive a lot of different kinds of incomprehensible noises, scared, she knock knock harder until she opened the door, there she entered into reason and saw the strange creature moving him whole legs making circles in the air, she howled strong, and the entire family went to the bedroom where the monster was.

I never knew what happened next, but some people say that everyone could one day wake up turned into a monster.

My favorite photograph

Hi Hashers today i’m going to talk about one of my favorite photograph
this is cochiguaz, it is a place in the borough of Paihuano, province of “El Elqui”, a friend of me took this photo because we found that the view was amazing, I have never seen a more beautiful place than this in my whole life, It is just perfect to me, everything look pretty “green” and I love that. There was a swimming pool next to the place of the photo, and back of the photographer  there were many places to take sit and relax, I wish to be there now, maybe vaping or taking a cup of coffee, preferably doing both at the same time, I found than that view is perfect to relax and get some new ideas about any thing that were in my head.

My blue-meth-heisenberg-chemical dream

Hello again friends, how are you?

Today I’m going to talk about one of my favorite jobs, which is to be a high level chemistry master, because I thought that is one of the most fundamental thing in the whole world, think, at the beginning of everything  there was only math, which is the language of physics, which is the cause of chemistry, the obviously it continues with biology, but, chemistry result to be a very exiting area of science to me, because the whole thing it involved and it implies to the nature.
Imagine someday you get involved in dangerous situations where the solution to your problems only can be only found using a restricted kinds of materials, joke, not so serious, I mean, I really find fantastic the simple fact like the chemistry in the daily life, making solutions in the kitchen, new fragrances, new tastes, creating new drugs, using formulas and science to make today solutions for the problems of tomorrow.
Finally I would like to say that a chemistry have to know about a lot mats, physics, two of my favorite knowledge areas, and have to be always in development of science, which is almost a synonym of progress.

Favorite piece of technologic

Hi hasher, what’s up?
Today I’m going to talk about my favorite piece of technology which is my personal vaporizer.
it is called electronic cigarette too, consist in a tube that vaporize some kind of liquid (e-liquid) whit the purpose of emulate a real cigar, obviously without any of the carcinogenic sustains that processed tobacco contains, another advantage is that you can choose any flavor to vape, there’s a several list of different kind of liquid with different composition, many flavors to choose, more soft or heavy vapor for example.
First time I hear about electronic cigar was about 3 years ago, then about 1 year ago I bought one abroad, and I started to get in to the vaping world, buying new vaping stuff, a more powerful vaporizer for example, new batteries or new vaporizers too.

So, imagine a sunrise out in the balcony, fresh air, a coffee, and obviously, your favorite flavored liquid, it is just a perfect morning to me, and also, I am avoiding bad breath and pulmonary issues.

Travel to Saturn on Earth

Would you like to visit the moon? Saturn? The Sun? Or maybe anywhere that you can ever imagine?
Holland is the answer, is one of the safest country in the world, there’s country Landscape, big lakes and lots of freedom, for example, Cannabic tourism is something common and the cannabic route from Holland is one of the most famous wander in the world, all totally legal and allowed, lots of cannabis coffees and bar with many different kind of marihuana also medical cannabis is used to many treatments.
“Stay high every day” is one of the motto of this travel, and “everywhere could be visited while you are high” is the premise, addition Holland is the 4^th in the human development Index which mean they have one of the best education and health system in the world, that is the reason why the expectation of life at birth is about 81 years old, and the literacy rate is over 99%.

That’s the reason why I would like to visit Holland, which is synonym of freedom, progress, and prosper to me.
